I wish that people would be held more accountable for not picking up after their pets as well. But it’s a really nice facility and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWell I’m still new but love... — Well I’m still new but love it so far Close to everything, love the amenities, and the staff is so friendly I’m giving it a 4 1 2 only because of parking. Parking is horrible and I got stuck in the underground parking because the gate stopped half ways up.

|Recommended: YesVery cozy and feels like home — My family and I are very grateful for the opportunity to live here. Everything is incredibly modern, and the security guard onsite as well as the police station next to the building helped make us feel safe. My family barely hears our neighbors, and no one seems to hear us either. Casey does an incredible job making sure this place remains as good as it does. This is a great place to live. My kids love going to the YMCA down the street. You cannot beat the location.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWhile I love our apartment,... — While I love our apartment, not too fond of the lack of communication and random crazies from the trolley. We had to go to the office several times to talk with staff about the same thing. Then with the crazies, we had one person yelling outside our window for an hour and another person throw a rock in our apartment luckily the sliding door was open or it would have shattered the window.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe absolutely love living a... — We absolutely love living at Arrive Mission Valley. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The building is clean and well maintained. There are a lot of amazing amenities including brand new Peloton bikes in the fitness center. It is in close proximity to many restaurants and freeways.
